3.1. Bonuses claimed may only be withdrawn by the Player subject to the fulfilment of the specific Promotion rules applicable to the relevant Promotion.

The amount, type, terms and conditions and validity of each bonus offer shall be determined in the terms and conditions of the specific bonus offer posted on the website and/or in the individual player’s account, the standard promotional rules and conditions being also applied thereto.

The following shall apply to all bonus offers: (i) When activating the bonus, the amount of the bonus shall enter the Bonus Balance, which is separate from the balance of real funds. The corresponding funds in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn and cannot be used for bets on games other than the games valid for the respective bonus and for bets that do not meet the requirements of the bonus offer; (ii) In case the terms and conditions for playthrough the bonus are not met within the period of its validity, after the expiration of this period the entire amount of the bonus as well as any possible winnings shall be withdrawn from the balance of the player’s profile; (iii) Should the conditions for playing through the bonus within the term of its validity are successfully met, the amount of the bonus and any winnings will be added to the balance of real funds on the player’s account and there will be no restrictions on its use. (iv) In case the entire amount of the bonus is played through before expiration of the period of its validity, the bonus offer will be considered used in full. (v) Should the player decide to withdraw the bonus before expiration of the period of its validity, the full amount of the bonus, as well as any winnings, will be withdrawn from the balance of the player’s profile.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of any promotion or bonus offer, at any time. We reserve the right in case of fraudulent conduct on the part of a player aiming to illegally take advantage of a promotional or bonus offer, to deduct any credit balance from the player’s account of the participating customer received because of illegal actions as well as the amount of any possible losses incurred.

3.2. The Withdrawal of the Winnings accumulated from a particular Bonus is subject to the specific Wagering Requirements applicable to each individual Bonus, as described in the particular Bonus offer and or these Bonus Terms. If not mentioned otherwise in the particular Promotion, until you have met the Wagering Requirements for a Bonus, all winnings from that bonus will be pending and may not be withdrawn. If you forfeit the Bonus, all Bonus funds (i.e. winnings related to that Bonus) will be also removed.

3.3. Unless stated otherwise in the specific rules applicable to each individual Promotion, Bonuses must be wagered forty (40) times before winnings can be withdrawn.

3.4. Free Spins may only be wagered on selected Games on the Website subject to the applicable Promotion rules. Unless stated otherwise, Winnings accumulated as a result of wagering Free Spins shall be credited to Your Account as Bonus Money and shall be subject to the wagering requirement stated in section 3.3. hereof, irrespective of whether the wagering requirement for the Free Spins has been met.

3.6. Winnings received through the use of a Free Bonus or Free Spins, with no deposit made beforehand, shall not exceed EUR 200 (two hundred Euros). Any such Winnings in excess of that amount shall not be recorded as Winnings and shall be considered as nil, and the Player shall be able to withdraw only the maximum Winnings of EUR 200 (two hundred Euros), subject to the terms specified herein.

3.7. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion rules, the maximum bonus amount that can be converted into cash is 5 times the bonus amount. For example, if a player deposits €100 and gets a €100 bonus, they can convert up to €500 into cash.

3.8. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion rules, the maximum winnings from Free Spins that can be converted into cash are €50.

3.9. Players who benefit from any Bonus Promotion offered by Us have the right to withdraw their Deposit amount, or the rest of their Deposit, or the Winnings achieved with their Deposit at any time, even before the completion of the wagering requirements.

3.10. Before any Withdrawal is processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns as mentioned in section 6. Where there is evidence of a series of wagers having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals on one and the same Game using accredited Bonus funds in an effort to reach a guaranteed profit, We reserve the right to make all wagers void and suspend relevant Accounts.
