Depositing with Crypto

• Go to Cashier and select Crypto as your payment method.
• Follow the instructions and complete the transfer from your wallet.
• Once confirmed, the funds will be credited to your account balance.

Important: If your last deposit was made via Crypto, your withdrawal can only be processed via Crypto as well.

Withdrawing with Crypto

• Open Cashier and select Withdraw.
• Choose Crypto as your withdrawal method.
• Enter your wallet details carefully and confirm the request.

Wallet addresses must be entered carefully
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Incorrect wallet addresses or network selections may result in loss of funds.

Network fees apply
Crypto deposits and withdrawals may include network (GAS) fees charged by the blockchain network. These fees are not covered by GoldenPlay.

Avoid multiple deposit attempts
Please do not make repeated deposit attempts one after another.

A payment may be charged but not immediately appear in your balance

If this happens:

• Contact Customer Support.
• Provide proof of wallet ownership.
• Our team will assist with the refund request process.
